Siân leads Vested’s Clinical and Commercial Healthcare desk.

Before moving into recruitment, she spent nine years in MedTech territory sales, including four years as a product specialist working inside clinical environments.

This gives Siân an inside understanding of the commercial pressures facing healthcare suppliers and the practical demands placed on people working alongside clinicians. She understands the importance of product knowledge, professional credibility and effective communication in environments where decisions can affect clinical teams and patients.

That experience helps her assess candidates beyond their job title and represent healthcare opportunities with credibility.
