Vested Talent Ltd is a recruitment business providing permanent recruitment and work-finding services to clients and candidates. We process personal data in connection with these services and act as a data controller for the personal data we process for our own purposes.

Criminal Offence data:
- Information relating to criminal convictions and offences, where this information is relevant and legally permitted to be processed for recruitment purposes.

- From jobs boards, LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
- A former employer
- A referee whose details you previously provided to us
