Tracy brings 25 years of recruitment experience to her role as Associate Director.

Before joining Vested, she spent more than two decades with Priority Appointments, progressing into business leadership and supporting employers across manufacturing, engineering and logistics & supply chain.

Her experience covers recruitment delivery, client relationships and team leadership. She understands what employers expect from a credible recruitment partner and where conventional agency practices can create frustration.

At Vested, Tracy helps shape client delivery, recruitment standards and the continued development of the business as it grows.
